Tokyo born and raised, I am a Hatha yoga teacher, also interested in medical herbs and energy cleansing.

Following a deep passion for food and cooking ever since I can remember, my motto “Unite the entire world through food” led me to manage an artisan bakery for more than 15 years in New York City.
