With my years of experience as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) as well as an Access certified facilitator, I am committed to empowering you to achieve success on your journey to transformation and growth. Having begun my career as a teacher, I soon realized I was passionate about creating change and inspiring others. Through study and personal reflection, I discovered the power of Access Consciousness tools that have totally transformed my life. As a result, I am here to help you experience your true potential and create the life you truly desire. Let's embark on this incredible journey together!

From tears to triumph, I am living proof of the power of choice and resilience. Former teacher turned mental health advocate, I fearlessly stepped into unknown territory, ready to make a difference. With every doubt and judgment, I questioned more, pushing through the pressure from loved ones. Today, I stand tall as a beacon of transformation and possibility.

Fast forward 7 years...

I'm now a licensed professional in my state and working daily with clients to empower and facilitate them on what they may see as limitations, judgments, problems, or difficulties, to begin changing through choices. I've studied so many topics from money, sex and relationships, gaslighting, abuse, parenting, gender, and sexuality. I have my own colorful history with religions and spirituality, as well as continuing reflection on the future I'm looking to create and invite others to.
