Ayers Rock Connellan Airport (AYQ) is 20 minutes drive from Uluru.

Flights are available from Brisbane Airport (BNE), with a flight time of just under 4 hours.

You could also fly into Alice Springs Darwin Airport (ASP) and drive the 470 km in about 5 hours.

Layers are key as the temps fluctuate throughout the day. March temperatures vary between a high-temperature of 33°C (91.4°F) and a low-temperature of 17°C (62.6°F).

Bring a few long light-weight layers as they protect your skin from the sun and scratches from bushes or rocks.
