What to Bring:
  • Winter clothes, long sleeves and a warm jacket. You might want to pack a scarf as well.. 
  • Packing layering items is always appropriate. 
  • Bring a wrap or sweater for body temperature changes in class.

Please note: Japan is not exactly vegetarian friendly and it is very difficult to find anything halal. Also there are not many restaurants / cafes that caters gluten free meals.
