If you had asked me 10 years ago what I saw as my future, I would have had a standard and uninspired answer.

You see, I had the “perfect” life. I met my husband at 19 years old, married at 25, and quickly became a mother of four healthy, beautiful children. I had a thriving career as a stylist and owner of a celebrity hair salon in Los Angeles. I was living a dream life, but it wasn’t necessarily my dream.

Even though I “should” have been content, I was struggling - financially, emotionally and spiritually. From a very early age I was aware of something greater. I knew life could be easier, more joyful, and abundant. Not just for me, for everyone!

I envisioned a healthy planet, happy relationships, and a world where communion, not competition, was the norm. A world united. I knew a greater possibility was available, but I didn’t know how to get there!

That’s when my brother, Dr. Dain Heer offered me a different way. Dain is the co-creator of Access Consciousness, a set of tools designed for self-discovery, self-empowerment and creating a life truly worth living.

Even though it took a long time to acknowledge that the big life I had assumed was only for other people could also be for me, I finally took the leap and began using the tools. Instead of relying on what I already knew, I started asking questions, literally. With each question came more awareness and with each awareness, more choices.

To my surprise, everything I thought I would have to give up for the “new life” I desired actually showed up even greater! I am still a wife, mother and a business owner, but choice by choice I gained more of ME.

Now I travel the world teaching the tools of Access Consciousness, leading workshops and changing lives. I am an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator, a Being You Certified Facilitator and I am developing a Conscious Beauty program geared toward salon professionals.

Since parenting is another passion, I created Being You, Being With Them, a grass-roots movement of “unparenting” ourselves and creating relationships, especially with our youth, that generate a brighter future.

I offer private facilitation for individuals, couples and families. I am quite beguiling and have the ability to guide these conversations with an amount of lightness and laughter that invites change without the difficulty and seriousness of more traditional therapeutic approaches.

People who know me know I can create an analogy to explain anything (go ahead try me). My capacities are fun, inclusion, and being unapologetically, unabashedly me!

Truly, I am here to change the world. If asked today, my future is unlimited and yours can be too. All that is required is choice!
