I have a distinct memory of being 5 years old, playing outside, looking up at the sky, and realizing there was so much more to all of this than people were talking about. I tucked that knowing into my pocket and never doubted it.

Fast forward, about 35 years. I was a somatic psychotherapist & movement facilitator, I had just sold my movement studio & wellness center, had 1- & 3-year-old boys, and was getting divorced. The sense that so much more was possible had crept back in and I knew that I would regret it for the rest of my life if I didn’t run full speed ahead in that direction.

This is when Access Consciousness came into my life. A friend had offered me an Access Consciousness Bars session, and, being a lover of hands-on energy work, I said yes. She finished the session and I felt like she had poured bliss into my whole body and being.

This was a major turning point in my life - where I chose me.  I chose something different.  And I started on my path from being a stressed out single mom to creating a life & living that I truly love.

I began to embrace and use the tools of Access Consciousness every day more and more, and I felt as if I had discovered a gold mine.  And I had.  I have used these tools to completely change my body, my health, my parenting, my relationships.  I have used them to grow my income and my business in ways that are unheard of, I have used them to find deeply satisfying and meaningful relationships, to heal my past, to create my future, and to create a different world.

One of my favorite things is to see people get that they are the creators of their reality and of our future. And to contribute to their journey of creating it!
