Hi! I am so happy you're reading this and our paths have crossed. And, I am SO joyfully enthused to share the tools of Access Consciousness with You.

When I took my first Access Bars class in 2014... it changed my Universe and I said, "wow, these tools work and they work fast, I'm in!".  

I am so utterly grateful for the sense of space and communion I now have with my body and with this beautiful planet.  Deep down, that "space" is something I always KNEW was possible... What do you know, my sweet friend?
