My name is Rachel and I might be just a tad delusional.
I dream of a world where everyone would recognize the beauty within them.

I dream of a world where we wake up in the morning enthusiastically looking forward to the adventures of the day.

I dream of a world where possibilities are available to the curious and we choose more of them each day.

The more, the merrier, you know?

I would like to invite you to explore what changed my life from frustration and depression to a deep sense of presence and gratitude and awe for simply being alive!

I'm a lover of the tools of Access Consciousness since I discovered them in 2011.  My life expanded. My sense of pleasure, joy and ease seeped into every experience and interaction. 
It's infectious! It's delightful! 
and it's what is available when we are being ourselves. 

Something greater is possible. 
Something greater is available for all of us. And all it takes is for us to CHOOSE. 🌟
