Hi,
I'm Erika. I am an Access Bars Facilitator and Access Facelift practicioner in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. 
When I was given my first Access Bars, it was a big breakthrough to my personal development. I felt relieved and some of my emotional barriers disappeared.

I told to myself if Access Bars can help me so much I can help others too. After I received the first Bars, a few months later I became a practitioner. Currently I am a facilitator and licence to teach this beautiful technique.
