I'm Elina Shatrova! I'm an international mindset coach and energy therapist with lifestyle development license in Dubai. 

More then 15 years of searching for my way with spiritual practices, yoga, meditations, thousands of books and going abroad to 40 countries ended up with Access Consciousness, and Access Bars in particular.

It definitely changed my life for "before" and "after". After several sessions, I found so many new possibilities and created 10 times more than I ever thought I can. It was a quantum leap!

The main thing that I was struggling with was judgments. I abused myself with judgments for many years and only with Access tools finally, I'm free of them. I know there is nothing wrong with me. I am enough. And I'm very happy to give these tools of freedom to other people - to those who choose it.

It's only me who creates everything in my life! So, I've created the best life in Dubai, where I receive Access Bars, Access Facelift, and Body Process sessions. I meet up with Access Consciousness Practitioners and Facilitators, swap sessions, participate in Access Classes, pop parties of Live streaming classes from Founders of Access Consciousness and create my own classes, join book clubs and intro classes. 

I'm constantly developing, getting new knowledge and upgrading my skills taking part in classses from the founders of Access. I know more then 60+ body processes and I do Access Bars, Facelift sessions and teach these processes my students. I'm a mindset coach and body therapist who brings results. You get rid of stress and blocks, points of view, you get my facilitation and get access to your body which is aware of everything!
