Ann has been involved with alternative healing resources for many years.  Her journey began in 1975 with Transcendental Meditation and yoga.  

The introduction to energy healing work came about through her position as a Registered Dietitian in a hospital setting.  It was when a patient in the Physical Rehabilitation Unit experienced a "miraculous" recovery that the concept of energy healing came to light.  The patient's family introduced her to Reiki.  From that day on, there was no looking back.

Over the years, modalities of study and certification include Reiki Master/Teacher (1997), Healing Touch, Quantum Touch (Certified Practitioner/Instructor), Vibrational Sound Therapy (Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist), Access Consciousness Bars (Certified Practitioner/Facilitator) and Access Energetic Facelift (Certified Practitioner).
