I've spent most of my life trying to figure out my calling because I've always had a strong intuition and sense of gifts ever since I was a small child. But I was always struggling to be "normal". Not many people around me believed in what my day to day was. Clairvoyance and being an Empath was a huge part of me but i kept it to myself for a long time. I struggled with anxiety and whole lot of judgment of myself. But the last 15 years of my life have been about growth and "connecting all of the dots". There was no denying a higher level of spiritual awakening and heightened gifts. 

 These days I'm unapologetically me and I owe a lot of that to Access Bars Therapy and the tools Access Consciousness has to offer. They are like the missing puzzle piece for me. I've always been such a thinker and struggled with clearing my mind. I have so much clarity now. I love who I am now. My intuition and connection with spirit is high and my purpose as a healer is stronger than ever.   

  As a Hairstylist and business owner for years I tried to bridge the gap between cosmetology and spirituality- 2 big things in my life. I started to notice a lot of my clients matched up to what my world was lately. ( Law of attraction is great isn't it?! 😍✨️)  It became a rarity to have a client in my chair that wasn't like me or at least seeking higher consciousness, interest in the metaphysical or connection with spirit. I love sharing my experiences with all of this to help people connect the dots for themselves. My perspective is that we all have gifts we can tap into as infinite beings. And I'm still learning and growing as we do every day in this beautiful life! I was searching for a way to bring energy work to my clients and help in a bigger way but I struggled with finding what felt right for me.  

 One day I was looking into booking a different modality for myself and stumbled across Access Bars Therapy . I had never heard of it. I was immediately intrigued, and one session absolutely changed my life!!! It was like so much was cracked open for me, and I felt brand new. Gary Douglas says "People have to be touched to receive".... and that resonated so hard with me. I already touched heads everyday. And I had seen so much resistance to the concept of energy work over the years. One of the main things people couldn't wrap their minds around was recieving benefits without touch. Ding ding ding! And there it was! Access Bars is gentle touch! I became a BP as soon as i could!! And it is absolutely another passion for me. I can't imagine a life without getting my bars run and the perk to running bars on others is that it makes me feel great too! It's always a win- win! I love feeling light because others feel light. Being present while people have their a-ha moments and feel relaxation is such a joy for me. My clients have seen and felt so much change in their life.  

It's been such an enlightening ride and I'm so grateful for this journey. I continue to learn and grow every day with Access Consciousness tools and I'm so happy to help educate others as a Bars Facilitator so they too can ignite a passion, help people in their life and see what is possible. Raising awareness has never been more easy and fun!
