Besides my life as a CF, I am a licensed Shiatsu Therapist and empowerment coach.  I love to facilitate in the world as well as online.

Like most people, I had to fight my battles in life. That invited me to have a bigger broader perspective on life. Also, my passion for bodies and their possibilities was born. After my first Access Foundation, I realized that fighting and struggling are not at all the way to deal with the more uncomfortable moments in life. The Access tools turn out to be a mayor life changer!  For the first time in my life, I experienced true joy.
