Access is about empowering each person to know what they know. Not in a context or set structure, but as an infinite being who is capable of knowing everything. It is about facilitating you to be your own expert, rather than rely on someone else's "truths". You have a knowing and awareness that go beyond what you've acknowledged. My mind is quieter, so much less chatter going on in my head. That alone is a gift. Being kinder to my being and my body, I'm so grateful for this one.

I was so depressed that my doctor wanted to put me on some "knock me down" drug. A few months down the road, I've found Access and within 10 days, I've gone through Bars / Foundation / Level 1 and finally ESB in Rome. And from then, for the first time in 36 years of being on this planet, I started to live instead of existing, I started creating my reality and expand what I could one thing at a time, one day at a time, 10 seconds increment of choice after the other.

A close friend of mine, an 88 year old gentleman was not well when I arrived at his home recently. I sat with him for a bit , followed the energy. Clearly this man was not doing well. His system was shutting down ... I ran his Bars and his breathing improved and his body relaxed a little. Eventually the doctor did come to the house and he called the hospital. He demanded that tests be done immediately upon arrival. On the way to the hospital I ran whatever processes I could on my friend. Within 18 hours of being admitted, the doctor said my friend could go home ... that he has never seen such remarkable recovery! At the same time the doctor told the family that he had not expected his patient to make it through the night. So does this energy stuff work? All depends on your point of view! I am happy to be able to continue to enjoy the company of this remarkable man.

My older son came to me, suffering from a horrible headache and told me that he's never felt such pain before. He lay down on my massage table and I started with his powerband. He fell asleep after 3 minutes. For 45 minutes I did everything that felt right. He kept sleeping for another 45 minutes after I had finished. Then he woke up and said thank you. His migraine was gone. Can you imagine how grateful I was?

I was in such deep pain last night I thought I might be having a heart attack. When I started to ask 'who does this belong to?' and realized it wasn't mine, it took a while to realize that Earth needed something from me. Shortly after I did a series of 'gifting' to Earth, the pain just faded away.
