I was living my life and thought I was in a good place.  I had a good job, a nice home, many friends, and a fun and fast-paced life.   I checked all the boxes that made up a great life.

One day a thought crossed my mind.  Is this all there is?  We came here to work 40+ hours a week, counting the days until the weekend arrives.  I was grinding it out and having some fun along the way, but in the back of my mind I was saying “There has to be more than this”.  I felt like I was going through the motions, all the boxes were checked but I was still not happy. As my awareness opened a healing crisis started in my body.  My health was declining and fast. I lived in fear every day worrying that this life I worked so hard for would crumble.

My thoughts were I needed to recover my health and get back to my old life, not realizing that my old life was not enough for me anymore. My healing journey required me to get real with myself and deal with things I had buried many years ago. To get healthy I was going to have to move myself to the top of the priority list.   I realized the checklist I was using to build my life was something I bought from others.  We are conditioned with the belief, that checking these boxes will help us obtain a great life, yet that was not what my soul wanted.

As I became more aligned with my soul my health started to remover and my search for true happiness began. This has not been an easy journey.  I was becoming a totally different person and those around me were not sure they liked this new version of me. Yet this new me knew, there was no going back to that old self.  I found Access Consciousness in 2019 and it has provided me with the tools I needed to break free from the programming and conditioning that was keeping me from being my true authentic self and living a life that I love.  If you are looking to do the same, Access Bars is a great place to start.
