I discovered the magic of the BARS in 2022. I took my 12 year old daughter with me for a session on a Saturday morning  and we were both blown away by the sense of peace that lasted not just for the length of the session but for the rest of the weekend. We were literally floating on air.

We decided we both wanted to learn how to run BARS so we could do it on each other, and on friends and family members. We now wish to share the magic with the wider community and teach and empower as many people as possible with this gift.

Pricing:

30 minute taster session £25

60 minute session £65. Five session booking £300.

30 minute top up session £35. Five session booking £150.

BARS is fantastic for kids. Under 18's pay half the adult price.

One day BARS class £340. Under 16's can come learn for free when accompanying a paying adult. Under 18's pay half price.
