Access Bars Sessions

Access Bars are a great way to release limiting thought patterns and beliefs and give you more space for more awareness and more consciousness. It’s an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process that only requires your openness and willingness to change. Most people feel deeply relaxed and much more clear after their session and beyond, and for some, their whole life changes into something greater with total ease. How does it get better than that? Access Bars has assisted thousands of people to change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more.  They are an effective tool in eliminating PTSD.  I offer special rates to Active Military & Veterans and I have coordinated visits to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to run Bars on Wounded Warriors and Staff.  Since I currently live in England, I offer monthly free Access Bars clinics at a local Veteran Support Center (Data collected from all of these shows significant reductions in pain, stress, anxiety and depression).

Access Symphony Sessions:

The Universe has infinite possibilities for us and they are only limited by our own limitations of what we THINK we can have or create and by the level of what we are willing to receive. 

In a Symphony of Possibilities session, we tap into a dynamic energetic space of non-judgment, empowerment and infinite possibilities where I invite you to be the space of possibility of living and being that goes beyond the limitations of this reality.  Together during the session, we can bring down the walls and barriers of limitation and non-receiving (as much as you are willing), and create a dynamic shift in your world that allows you to create a different future.  So if you are willing to change and to receive more of you and begin to create the future you truly desire, than I would love playing in the magic of the Symphony of Possibilities with you! 

In addition to the Symphony energies, I can also offer my unique gift of working with color frequencies that helps clients access more of themselves.
Symphony sessions can be done in person and are just as effective via Skype or Zoom.

Access Consciousness Body Processes

Over the past several years, I have become so aware at what a gift our bodies are, or can be, if we only allow them to be and not go into judgment about them.  If we are willing to acknowledge the body for the conscious being it really is and for the contribution it can be to us, our entire lives can change! 

The body is usually the last place for dis-ease, illness, or other form of stuck energy to show up.  Instead of being upset that we are experiencing symptoms of some kind, what if we can be grateful for the information and awareness our body gives us about what is really going on?  When we are willing to ask questions and be open to whatever awareness our body is giving us, then we can discover the true source of our discomfort or challenge and, if we are willing to change it, then true healing can occur!

ESSE

Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment (ESSE) is a unique body work that combines Access Consciousness™ with hands on manipulation techniques targeting the connective fascial tissue and energetic systems located throughout every inch of the body.  An interesting aspect of the fascial system is that it is not just a system of separate coverings but is actually one continuous structure that exists throughout the whole body without interruption. In this way you can perceive how each part of the entire body is inter-connected through the fascia.

ESSE is designed to create changes in the structure and form of the body resulting in an ease with movement, function and the energetic body systems. We have probably all been to a physical therapist who has tried to force our bodies beyond their limitations and restrictions, sometimes causing more pain and discomfort.  What's different about this work is that it is gentle and it invites the body to let go and release on a progressively deeper and deeper level.  Additionally, the tools of Access Consciousness™ invite you to be in the question in all aspects of your life and your body, so more awareness can come around what is really going on in your body.  

ESSE body work facilitates the deconstruction of the glue of judgement throughout the entire body from the cellular level to the major body systems. ESSE can be perceived as a deep tissue work as well as energy work.  It can help heal scar tissue, especially following surgery.
