Access llegó a mi vida a mediados del 2017 a través de una gran amiga. Después de dos sesiones de Barras muchas cosa empezaron a cambiar a mi alrededor de una forma dinámica y efectiva. Access nos sugiere utilizar diferentes herramientas y al hacerlo he recibido muchos regalos, uno de los más grandes ha sido estar más presente en mi vida, no vivir en el pasado o futuro sino en el hoy y en el ahora.Otro es el estar consciente del poder de la elección, cuando elijo creo  diferentes posibilidades.

Mi intención como Facilitadora y Practicante es transmitir estas herramientas para que puedas crear tu vida con mayor facilidad y alegría.

Access came into my life in the middle of 2017 through a very dear friend. After two Bars sessions so many things in my life started to change in a very dynamic and effective way. Access invites us to play with different tools and by doing so I have received several gifts. One of them is being more present in my life and enjoying every moment. Another one is being conscious of the power of choice, and by choosing, so many possibilities are created.

As a Facilitator and Practitioner my purpose is to share these tools so you can create your life with more ease and happiness.
