The Bars, Energetic Facelift, Access Body Processes and Symphony of Possibilities have created so much change and expansion in my life. I utilize them in all my sessions along with all of the tools of Access Consciousness.  Just by asking "What else is possible?" gives energy so much freedom to move in body and mind. It introduces space for our awareness open up, for us to receive more and our body to change more.

So often in playing with an energy that is showing up this first simple, powerful question can lead us to the shift we are looking for. I love diving into the space of discovery with people in classes & private sessions, in person or long distance to create the shofts and changes we perceive are possible.
