My experience with access consciousness has been profound. After one session with Jennifer I gained insight into an emotional holding habit that I had accepted and that was causing me pain. I have begun to release this pattern resulting in far less suffering for myself.

I have had only had 3 sessions so far but each time I have experienced a similar release. The process has brought me great clarity and a way of thinking that has been very quickly helpful in my life.
