My journey with Access Consciousness started at a moment where I was looking for something different. I was aware of so many things around me without acknowledging them and without acknowledging my ability to be aware of them. The tools of access consciousness, which took me around 8 years to discover and be with them, showed my how potent am I and how aware am I and not as fucked up as I thought of myself!

I faced several challenges, where I had to choose either myself, or to choose the rightness of the limitation and judgement that I was aware of. It wasn’t always the easiest. The tools of access, showed me how I can change my life drastically in a very pragmatic way that comes with total EASE! That piece, of total ease, was not even in my universe. 

After taking several classes, bars, a lot of foundation, body processes, and all the other specialities. I discovered that my strongest tool is a choice. And what facilitates a greater choice is asking a question prior to any choice and follow what feels expansive and light. Without the tools the access consciousness that I am so grateful for, I wouldn’t know where I would be. Let’s say that I’m happy that I took the choice to choose this which lead me to write this profile :)

My main target with the classes and sessions that I offer, is empowering people to know that they know, and to know that they can choose something different. It’s always your choice to choose something greater in your life. If you’re wondering how, pick up any book, any class, anything that feels light to you and follow that.
