I grew up with the label "Good Girl" - That is extremely hard - as the "good girl" you have to please everybody - and this is impossible as someone will always judge you - so I grew up judging me more than anybody else - I was constantly making myself wrong and would mimic everyone around me. I lived in my head - my body truly did not exist - I know it did somehow - otherwise I wouldn't be here and yet I wasn't aware of my body - unless I could judge when I knew I could do something and my body didn't play along........

I first had my bars run in 2011 - and it took 6 months before I realised it had created a change - seriously!  - And the change was HUGE I stopped something that was self-destructive and I didn't realise it had stopped.................

Back then I was depressed and living on auto-pilot with work, kids, family.............. - somehow I knew something else was possible and it wasn't until 2014, when I started developing panic attacks, anxiety and physical issues such as my weight, bad back, head aches and general aches and pains, that I decided something had to change.

I knew having my bars run was the solution - I just had to have my head sorted out - didn't I??????????? 

It was a choice that has taken me on a journey that is way beyond what I could have imagined - A journey that has taken me out of my head. A journey that has connected me with my body, a journey that has taken me out of judgement - of me, my body - and of others. - The journey has created a happy happy happy & life loving ME - who has ease, joy, fun & glory BEING me.

Having my Bars run, having body processes run and using the energetic tools of Access Consciousness has been a journey that has taken me and my body out of childhood abuse - My story is no worse than many others - I am telling you this to create the awareness that if you are struggeling - something else is possible - if you choose it.
