My inspiration for "The Bars" comes from working with my children.

“I have a beautiful daughter and son. My son has learning disabilities -OT, PT, and sensory disorders. To look at him you’d never know it. He went through a lot as a child along with being bullying at school. Teachers wanted him to go on medications, but I refused to put him on meds. I changed his diet once studies came out about food and the effects on our special children. I reached out to tutors which didn't work, they are wired differently... or are they? My daughter had a really hard time with my divorce and needed help as well. I work with many healing modalities, but when I was introduced to The Bars my life changed in so many ways, I've had many stuggles in life and I let them go along with people places and things that no longer serve me! My children are thriving and HAPPY! Doors of opportunity opend up so wide! I believe in The Bars so much that I wanted to become a practitioner and help as many people as I possibly can. 

 “Don’t be afraid to try something new, magic and miracles can happen. I’d love to bring the community together to help with alternative ways of helping children & adults with ADD or ADHD, the elderly, stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, But most of all, finding your true self and letting go of old baggage that no longer serves you. 

 

What is the BARS®? 

There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.” They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.

Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change anything in that area. You change the energy, you change how that part of your life shows up. What is the most simple and easy way to change energy? Get your Bars touched! When you do,  something different can show up in your life with ease. 

Like magic, it is not about what you do, it is about changing the energy of how you are functioning in life that allows change to show up without effort and with great ease.

As a born Healer, I help form a healthy connection between the mind, body, and soul. It's been my goal to provide Integrative Therapy holistically to encourage healing and well-being on all levels.

Often when faced with grief, or a traumatic event, it's difficult to see a path forward. My goal is to help you pave a new path for yourself and heal from what has prevented you from moving forward in life, release your fears and heartaches. My goal is to help you remove old blocks, provide you with tools that will enrich your life, and empower you to be open to finding your self-worth, set up boundaries, be more resilient, unconditionally loving, and the truest, best version of yourself with endless possibilities.

Life has not always been easy for me, but it has always been my greatest teacher. With each experience, I've learned more about who I am, who I want to be, and how to navigate through the world with more resilience, compassion, and joy in my heart. There is no sugar-coated way to say this, I'm in recovery for 22 years. I am a survivor of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, financial difficulties, relationship, family, PTSD, ADHD, children with learning disabilities, alcoholism, eating disorders; the list goes on.

I no longer wish to hide my past; instead, I yearn to share my stories and use the darkest part of my life as inspiration and motivation to help empower others.
