Access Consciousness….The Bars
What a lovely surprise to come into my life!
I have learned and benefited from and shared many modalities in my personal journey and my experience as a licensed massage therapist: massage, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, shamanic healing, ways of connecting with the Earth…so many ways of connecting with wholeness and healing.
After listening to Dain Heer on several radio programs, in October of 2013 I took the first opportunity that came along to “have my Bars run.” The feeling of joy and freedom was lovely, even deeply profound for me. Within 10 days, I took my first Bars class and experienced some body processes. I felt a lightness of spirit, a new friendship and joy with my body. By April of 2014, I joyously became an Access Bars Facilitator.

32 points on the head and the opportunity to truly receive- what a gift of ease, joy and glory. I have received and been a contribution to others’ receiving. How does it get any better than that?
Whether you are interested in receiving an individual Bars session, being able to share bars with friends and family, incorporating the bars into your practice as healer or coach, or to be part of the change the earth is asking for, or arranging a bars class for yourself and your community, I look forward to meeting you.
