Hello and thank you for stopping by my page.

Presently I work in Nursing and have done so for 26 years. Over that time I have come across numerous techniques that work outside the medical model that I presently work with. Having a healthy curiosity for alternative modalities all my life, I learned that they can be more helpful than that of the Modern Medical Model at times.

I first stumbled upon Access in the summer of 2011 from a telesummit and have been hooked ever since. My life changed within the first few weeks of really applying the tools on a consistent basis, and that for me has been key.

I took my first classes The Bars, Foundation and Level One and the Energetic Facelift at the end of November 2011 with Brenda St.Louis. The results of those classes was phenomenal not only with my money, my personal life but also my job. Then I took the Body Processes 3 day workshop with Dr. Kacie Crisp and that was another boost to my confidence and my life. I will never be the same again and for that matter I am filled with gratitude for the life that has lead me to this place. I see things so differently than I did before, and I know that I work, I'm not broken anymore, as I had always thought. Truly I wake up in the morning and ask "How does it get any better than this?" and it does.

If you would like to see some things in your life change and are willing to ask questions that can make the biggest difference in your life, have your bars run or get that facelift without the botox; I would be most pleased to help you out with that. I can also help you with asking questions that facilitate change in your life, would you be ready to play on that playground rather than the one of hard knocks and other people's ways of viewing you and themselves? Would you be willing to just even look at the playground of your life to see what else is possible? That's the first step, are you willing to take it?

I recommend anyone that is looking for themselves to have a look at Access and see what else is possible for them? By asking the questions and using the tools that Access has available to us, I have found my world works. I have greater confidence in myself and I desire less and less to fit into the box someone else wants me to be in. It is as though I have had the wind blow through my hair and I now feel it for the first time and know the space I can be and the contribution I can be to another. Acknowledging my gifts to this world and figuring out what else I can contribute to this world and those that cross my life's path is so exciting to me. So "How can I contribute to you today?" I would love to see what else is possible for you in your world.

How does it get any better than this??

Here is what one lady had to say about a short exchange she experienced, I worked with her for only about 5 minutes, the best part was she had not come to me for treatment on her shoulder in particular. I have found these tools so amazing I use them all over in my life and I hope that I may be of contribution to you as well.


"I met you at the Leduc /Camrose MS Bike Tour at the end of the first day. A Sports Injury Specialist spent less than 5 min checking me over to see what might be causing the restriction/immobility of my shoulder. I had not been able to lift my arm past my shoulder for the past 3 1/2 years. Physio, regular exercise and stretching, I like to think kept it from getting worse but definatly did not help heal it. The specialist was my last resort. He determined that I had FROZEN shoulder likely due to the fact that I am diabetic.
