About Susanna Mittermaier
All my life I have known that there is more to life besides drama and trauma, hardship and struggle.
Since I was a child I have been longing for more, a different and more abundant way of being. Like most of us I have in the past presented a limited version of me. I bought other peoples points of views about the world being a place of scarcity and that life is all about hard work and struggle and that you have to live a certain way to be considered as normal and part of society.
I did my best to fit in! I was never really good at that and a long the way I divorced many parts of myself. The biggest parts that I cut off besides my awareness and my ability to choose was the joy, the bliss and the orgasmic being that I truly be. I have been looking for ways of being that and getting back those parts of myself in many different ways.
In my search to find a way to be more of me and show others the possibility to be more of them, I tried many techniques, studies and methods. I have studied philosophy, studied to become a highschool teacher, studied linguistics practiced different kinds of methods and practices like Reiki, Aura Soma, moved to a different country, etc. I studied to become a psychologist. All of those experiences contributed to me and gave me awareness which I am grateful for!
The biggest shift happened when I started with Access Consciousness. It was like waking up from a long, long sleep. Like slowly moving my limbs, getting aware of the true me and my body. I can compare it with the movie the Matrix. Waking up from an illusion you think you are and finding a totally different you that you prior to that never thought was possible. There have been major changes in all areas of my life, so many that I can t even begin to count them, a huge expansion in a very short time. And I am still asking every day:
What else is possible? and How does it get any better than this?
