The Bars® is a dynamic, hands on relaxation technique that can change any area of your life. Many have discovered better sleep, better sex, ease in daily life, and a few who were at their wits end have found a new joy in life and living!

Where are you the Star of your life? Where do you shine brightly or brighter than anyone else?
You could be a star in your job, as a parent, as a student, as an employee, as an employer, an actor or an actress. Anything and everything could be your stage. Would you be willing to claim, own and acknowledge that you are already a Star, just by being you? Are you ready to accept your Oscar now? Thank you!
Over the past 5 years, using, playing and applying the tools of Access Consciousness™, I have "discovered" myself and where I am a star just by being me. And it is sooo much FUN! And there is more space and ease with being me - one in a godzillion, as there is no one else in the Universe like me!
If you would like to "discover" yourself and perceive, know, be and receive where you are a star in your life, I invite you to look at the classes I offer that will "empower you to know what you know" about your life, where you're a star and where you would like to go if you're not headed in that direction already.
