| Notes: | The Bars Class is the first Access Consciousness class. You'll receive all the information you need in order to run Bars and then you'll gift and receive a Bars session twice. All the info will be provided for you in a manual which you get to take home with you but please bring a notebook and pen for any additional snippets of gold you might wish to record. Having completed the class you will be allowed to run other people's Bars (and receive money for it) and your own. How does it get any better than that? Please bring a blanket for when receiving. We have super-duper comfy massage tables but you might require a blanket to keep warm. You'll be lying down for at least an hour each time you receive and sometimes people can get cold whilst having their Bars run. Anyone and everyone can learn to run Bars so fear not! It's very easy to learn and understand. And having your own Bars run can have so many profound effects: * Elimination of aches, pains and stiffness in the body * Improved sleep * Reduced stress and mind chatter * Increased energy * Getting out of depression * Helping with ADD & ADHD * And it can even help you lose weight!
