The ESC is an one-hour-ish adventure in BEing facilitated by Dr. Dain Heer.

During this hour, you are invited to a way of being that you have never been before - with more connection to the earth, your life and your body.

This is a NEW and truly unique Continuity Series with a LIVE session every month on the phone. Together with a group of people from all over the world, you will be exploring the infinite, weird and wondrous possibilities of an on-going ESC. This is your invitation to something completely different..

You could call it a kind of meditation, if you require a word. You will be lying down, perceiving, receiving and being the energies of communion and of all other beings on the phone - and, if you're willing, maybe the entire Universe, starting with this beautiful planet of ours. If you allow them to, these energies will stay with you for the coming weeks, months - and the rest of your life...

Would you be willing to explore what communion is for you? What if you are a total gift to everyone around you, the planet and the universe? Just by receiving? And what else is possible?

Dr. Dain Heer travels all over the world facilitating advanced classes, workshops and seminars on Access Consciousness. Within Access, Dr. Heer has developed a transforming way of working with bodies and groups that transcends anything currently being facilitated, called The Energetic Synthesis of Being and The Energetic Synthesis of Communion.

Dr. Heer has written a series of books on the topics of embodiment, healing and sexuality. His latest book, Being You, Changing the World, was published in June 2011.
