Hello! Welcome to my page and the world of infinite possibilities!

My name is Adriana Popescu and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who has been facilitating people to overcome their challenges and lead happier lives for over 20 years.

All the tools I use in my practice are ones that I have used extensively on myself. My own journey included years of depression, illness, and disillusionment with being here; knowing somewhere deep inside that more was possible in life, but not seeming to find the answers I was looking for. I studied psychology, religion, spirituality, metaphysics, quantum physics, alternative medicine, you name it, until I came across the holistic approach known as Energy Psychology. With the techniques of Energy Psychology, I realized that transformation was definitely possible, and while I made significant progress with them, it wasn't until I discovered the tools of Access Consciousness® that the most entrenched and dysfunctional parts of my life (including my 17-year struggle with Lyme Disease) began to shift in dramatic ways. Today I am symptom-free and have a level of peace, happiness, and optimism that I just couldn't access before. Through the gifts of Access Consciousness I have come to discover that magic is all around us and that all of life truly does come to us with ease, joy and glory!

My own experiences have inspired me to be an invitation to others and show them what's truly possible when we make the demand to change. My therapy and coaching clients have experienced dynamic and dramatic shifts in their lives with the Access tools. Depression, anxiety, addictions, chronic pain and illness, relationship issues, financial concerns, creative blocks, work issues, performance issues and more, have been transformed and often completely released in our sessions. All my work with these tools and others inspired me to write my first solo book, What If You're Not As F***ed Up As You Think You Are? 

While the Access tools may seem unusual, they are incredibly potent and practical. Besides the verbal processing, I have found the body processes to be extremely useful in helping to dissolve the stuck energies we hold in our bodies and to open up to the symphony of possibilities that a life beyond this reality can offer.

I offer phone/video consultations and private sessions at my office in San Francisco. I have been a Maestro/Symphony Advanced Practitioner facilitator for 8 years, was a Certified Facilitator for 9 years and TTTE CF for 7 years, and have taught many classes including The Foundation and specialty classes like Talk to the Entities, 5 Keys to Having Ease with Money, and more. This gives me a wealth of experience in working with a wide variety of issues and tools. Currently, I'm a Bars Facilitator and offering Bars classes. Interested in having me teach in your town?
