I have been a Somatic Psychotherapist, Dance therapist, and body lover since my late 20's, and have a Master's Degree in Social Work that I have used to help people create a lot of change with and through their bodies.  Adding the tools of Access exponentialized the work I do with people, and allowed change to happen with so much more speed, ease, elegance - and fun!!  


Since I have been using and facilitating these tools, my life has become so much greater in every way, and I am living a life now that I could never have fathomed possible 20 years ago.  


The thing that I love about Access is that it is the most deeply empowering invitation for YOU to know what is true for YOU.  That's a journey of a lifetime for sure, and one that yields more magic, miracles, and possibilities than anything else I have ever seen.  You are a unique creature, with unique gifts, awareness, and capacities!  And your body also can be an enormous resource in all that you are creating in your life.
